Evaluation to Implementation
M2 Water Treatment is hands on and focused on providing complete solutions, or parts thereof, as needed to meet the needs of our customers. We evaluate and define, in concert with our customers, the issues, develop pilot testing and evaluation programs to address the issues, perform the testing and evaluations, develop solutions based upon the evaluations with an emphasis on the CAPX and OPEX costs, select technology and equipment, supply the equipment and treatment chemicals, assist with installation, startup the systems and provide operation support long term should the customer desire.
Chemicals
Minimize Number and Amount of Chemicals
We can reduce your chemical use and the number of chemicals you use for treatment. We have customers who used to use 2 to 3 different treatment chemicals and now use only 1 of ours. This has stabilized their operation, reduced chemical handling, reduced inventory requirements and reduced health and safety issues.
We have specialty coagulants and polymers in addition to more common chemicals like sodium hypochlorite.
Our polymers are highly concentrated to minimize your handling needs. For example, our polymers are diluted 200 to 400 fold before use. That is like having 400 totes of diluted polymer but only having to move and handle 1.
We have our own lab for chemical testing on samples shipped to us by custerms.
We supply chemicals in 5 gallons, 55 gallons, totes and bulk. Lastly, we can also provide polymer mixing and blending systems in support of our chemicals.
